Bacon Wraps Hard!

Here I am again with another wrap recipe! Like my last wrap, this recipe is inexpensive, perfect for meal prepping, or feeding a large crowd. I also consider this wrap to be healthy and here’s why!

When I made these, I used my non-fat yogurt ranch dressing. The bacon can arguably make the wrap unhealthy, but if you are really being mindful of what you eat, I recommend using turkey bacon.

We only made two wraps for ourselves. If you are making these for a larger group of people, I would double the amount of chicken and other ingredients as needed.

Bacon Chicken Ranch Wraps

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 20 minutes
  • Servings: 2


  • 2 large tortilla wraps
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup of ranch
  • 1 cup of mild cheese, shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Cut raw chicken into small pieces and cook in a small pan. You can cook the chicken as you like. In a separate pan, cook the strips of bacon. Once the meats are cooked thoroughly, heat the wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds. This will help the tortilla not break when wrapping the filling.

Take a tortilla and add spinach, chicken, bacon, cheese, and ranch on top. Fold tortilla like a burrito and serve.
